brcookBell & Ross Watches was a sponsor of Chefs & Champagne New York, the James Beard Foundation’s annual summer gala held in the Hamptons in July 2009. Bell & Ross donated its BRS White Ceramic Watch to the fundraiser’s Silent Auction. The event honored Alex von Bidder and Julian Niccolini, owners of the legendary Four Seasons Restaurant on the restaurant’s fiftieth anniversary.

Chefs & Champagne and The James Beard Foundation

Over thirty chefs from New York, California and Las Vegas contributed their expertise to the event that celebrated the culinary arts. Guests sampled exquisite food and wine in the lovely Wolffer Estate Vineyard and also got a chance to mingle with the famous chefs in attendance.

Bell & Ross supports Chefs & Champagne and the James Beard Foundation whose mission is to celebrate, preserve and nurture America’s culinary heritage. The foundation also provides scholarships to culinary students who require financial aid.
